Use of this site implies the tacit acceptance of the terms and conditions of use set out below, which represent the agreement (contract) between the parties.

Autentic Gift grants the user limited access to the website www.autenticgift.ro for personal use (placing online orders or obtaining information) and does not grant the right to download or modify the website in part or in full, to reproduce the website in part or in full, to copy, to sell/resell or to exploit the website in any other way, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of the company/association Autentic Gift, without its prior written consent.

The databases, programs, graphic elements are the property of Autentic Gift or, as the case may be, of the suppliers of the products offered through the site and are protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

Complaints

Security of personal data

In accordance with Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the information provided by you will be used by Autentic Gift exclusively for the declared purpose of the website. Thus, the data in the order form will be used only to send you order confirmations, promotions, periodical newsletters (only insofar as you agree to receive this type of information), invoicing and delivery of orders, etc.

You are not obliged to provide personal data, but refusal makes it impossible to process the order and deliver the products. The recorded information is intended for use by the Autentic Gift team.

In accordance with Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access and intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to appeal to the courts. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data and to request the deletion of the data from our database. To exercise these rights, you may contact Autentic Gift with a written, dated and signed request. Autentic Gift undertakes not to publish or sell databases containing information related to the personal data of its customers. If your data is to be used in the context of campaigns, your explicit consent will be requested.

Autentic Gift does not send unsolicited messages to its customers. Any periodic message sent contains our identification data as well as a valid procedure for unsubscribing.

Product warranty

The products sold by Autentic Gift are not counterfeit.

Autentic Gift guarantees the integrity of products ordered from the site during transport, up to the time of delivery.

All products sold on the website www.autenticgift.ro benefit from the legal conformity guarantee, which is 24 months for long-term use products.

User registration obligations

In order to use the service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.

Payment and delivery of products

Payment for our products is made by bank transfer directly into our account/through Netopia Payments or cash on delivery to the courier.

Delivery is carried out by Urgent Cargus. If the product arrives damaged to you, we, Autentic Gift, undertake to resend the parcel to you at no additional cost.

Return of products purchased at a distance

According to Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract concluded outside commercial premises, without having to justify the decision to withdraw.

Other terms

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Autentic Gift for the use of this site.

Autentic Gift periodically checks the accuracy of the information on the site, but does not provide any warranty, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the content and availability of the site.

The photos of the products displayed on the site are for information purposes only and may contain accessories not included in the packages, and the price or certain specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice or there may be operating errors.

Settlement of disputes

If you have any complaint regarding the products or services offered by Autentic Gift, please send us an e-mail at: autenticgift22@gmail.com. Any conflict arising between customers and the company will be attempted to be resolved amicably, by agreement between the two parties. If the conflict is not resolved amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts, in accordance with the legislation in force.
