How do I return?

Return Policy

According to Article 9 paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance No. 34 of June 12, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the products / the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent via email to: autenticgift22@gmail.com or by phone: +40 720607123

If you withdraw, we will reimburse any amount received from you, except for delivery costs.

We will make this reimbursement using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method; in any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement.

Return and replacement

How to return products

When receiving the order, carefully check the external condition of the packages: intact packaging – not torn, scratched, dirty, pulled off, damaged corners, or other signs of improper handling.

If you notice such irregularities, we recommend requesting a Damage Report, completed in the courier’s presence at the time of delivery, specifying the nature of the issues (damaged packaging, tearing, improper handling, etc.).

The Damage Report cannot be completed after the courier has left.

If the courier refuses to complete the Damage Report, please immediately contact an Autentic Gift representative at +40 749 563 481 for assistance.

If, after opening the package, you find that the product is not in perfect delivery condition and shows signs of damage, scratches, or other aesthetic issues, we recommend refusing the order. To refuse the order, you must write these issues in the Damage Report in the presence of the courier.

The Damage Report cannot be completed after the courier has left.

The customer may return purchased products in the following situations:

the product does not match the website description
wrong products were delivered
incorrect sizes were ordered

The customer must notify autenticgift22@gmail.com in writing of their intention to return the products within 10 working days from receipt.

The product may be returned only if it is in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with all internal and external labels, the price tag with intact seal, and all accessories. Products must be repacked before return. Otherwise, if the products are improperly packaged and/or not in perfect condition, they may be returned to the customer without a refund or replacement.

Products must be returned via express courier. Returns via Romanian Post or other services are not accepted.

The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

The customer cannot return purchased products and/or claim damages in the following situations:

products show signs of wear, damage, or missing components
request to replace the purchased product with a different product/type
return request is sent after the 14-day calendar period
product is not in the same condition as delivered (original packaging, intact labels, documents)
refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, via bank transfer
replacements will be made within normal stock limits
breaking the security seal removes the product from return eligibility

Orders picked up from the store are not considered distance sales, as they can be viewed and accepted in person.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return. Either the money will be refunded or the product replaced without penalties.

To refund the product value, you must provide a correct IBAN account.

If payment was made online by bank card, the refund will be issued to the same account used for payment.

ATTENTION:

If returned products show damaged or incomplete packaging, wear marks, signs of use, missing components, or are not returned in the original delivered condition, Autentic Gift reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount based on the assessed damages.

Personalized paintings CANNOT be returned.

Autentic Gift returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return it within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Specify in your request one of the return options: exchange for the same model, exchange for another Autentic Gift product, or refund.

After approval of your return request, we will send the courier to pick up the product.

General conditions:

You may return products within 14 calendar days from delivery, whether you are an individual or a company. The return request must be sent no later than the 14th calendar day from delivery.

All returned products must be in the same condition as received.

We cannot accept products that have unauthorized interventions or are damaged by the customer: damaged or incomplete packaging, excessive wear, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, missing accessories.

You must return products in the original packaging, with intact labels and all documents received.

You may return a product only if it is sealed. Unsealed and used products cannot be returned.

If you open the package and the product is not what you wanted, you may return it only if it is repacked exactly as received, well sealed, to avoid damage during transport.

Careful packaging is required, as upon courier inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a fee corresponding to damages.
